1) If this is the final copy, why does it say "Essay Rough Copy"on the title page?
2) Do not doublespace between paragraphs if you are indenting the first line.
3) "Leaders are very common in society today and without them we would not function successfully." The first part of this statement need not have been said, and the second part is an unsupported assumption.
4) Bibliographies are to be listed in alphabetical order by authors' surname.
5) Beyond the above you have written a well structured essay, and more than adequately demonstrated your thesis.
